3/19 Class Schedule

7:45 - 8:15 - stretches and other warmups

8:15 - 8:30 - questions, paring off for people who need review.

8:30 - 10:00 - review (for those who need it), FIGHT WORK for people with fights

10:00 - 10:30 - show fights and critique

10:30 - circle up
