7:30 - 7:45 - get in, get into warmup gear (It's not mandatory,
obviously, but for those who own work out clothes, I think it will be
more comfy. I don't think that jeans are flexible enough.)
7:45 - 8:15 - meditation (rain to stream), stretches, warm up exercise
(crunches/pushups), lunges with saber, front and back spins with
saber.
8:15 - 8:45 - distance and blade controls drills
8:45 - 9:00 - stage blocking (i.e. be aware of where your audience is).
9:00 - 9:15 - water break
9:15 - 10pm - work on fights
10:00 - 10:30 - show fights (& critique... i.e. show once all the way
through, show 2nd time with pauses for suggestions/corrections/etc)
p.s. I may shorten some of this to give us more time for the critique at the end, but we shall see on Fri night.
