Here is the 1/29/2010 Class Schedule:
7:30-7:45 get in, changed, ready
7:45 - 8:15 - Meditation (rain to stream is likely), stretches &
strength training (push ups, situps).
8:15 - 8:45 - blade control exercises
8: 45 - 9:15 - flair exercises / teaching spins
9:15 - 10:00 - fight work
10:00 - 10:30 - show fights. I want EVERYONE to show a fight this
week, new or old, even if it's A, B, C with some flair.
