12/4 Class Schedule

7:45 - 8pm Stretches, Meditation

8pm - 8:15pm: A-F review

8:15 - 8:30: G-L review

8:30 - 9pm: begin M-R (basic idea here is, start slow and do whatever we can in 1/2 hr... if that's only M, that's OK).

9pm - 10pm: fight practice

10pm - 10:30pm show any fights that anyone wants to show/review/get input on

10:30pm - Circle Up
